„Direction employment" project was presented at good educational practices event in Sofia!
The second edition of the event "Palette of good educational practices" was held on the 9th and 10th of September this year. The event was organized by the Association "Know and Can", and the goal was to bring together representatives of different organizations that engaged and active in the field of education. During the meeting, successful examples of educational practices and career opportunities in Bulgaria were shared. Projects funded under European programs in the field of education, training and sports were presented to the participants in the event.
In order to present the idea and innovative approach of "Direction employment", Monika Pisankaneva from Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation WCIF, who is also the Project Manager, attended the meeting. Monika focused the audience's attention on the main idea of the project, namely to create employment for unemployed young people from vulnerable groups through IT training.
The Direction Employment project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment, within the financial mechanism of the European Economic Area and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism. In Bulgaria the project is implemented by the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation. of training is Vola Software Ltd.
