Vratsa is a small town in northwestern Bulgaria, located at the foot of the Vratsa Balkan Mountains. Its inhabitants work in various light industrial production facilities, but in recent years the town has begun to attract more IT professionals. This is one of the reasons why the "Direction employment" project was implemented there.

The project was aimed at people between the ages of 17 and 29 and provided IT training to prepare them for successful professional careers. The training included three different professional directions in Information Technology - Digital Marketing, Programming and Software Development, and Software Testing.

The video below features the project manager - Emiliyan Kadiyski, the trainer Ivaylo Yordanov, as well as one of the trained young people - Tsvetan Todorov, who discuss how "Direction Employment" has impacted the professional careers of the young people who participated in the program.

The "Direction employment" project is an innovative, holistic training program that improves employment opportunities for young people in competitive, high-tech industries, including the information technology sector. The project aims to reveal the potential of young people who are not working, studying, or training (NEET), by providing a local training program in IT that meets the needs of the local job market in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Italy, Slovenia, and Portugal.
