The National LGBT rights organization LGL presented the results of the project “Direction Employment” on the Baltic Pride 2022 magazine.

LGL together with CodeAcademy organized 3 training cycles attended by 57 young people from vulnerable groups of society.

The course helped young people under the age of 29 who are not studying and cannot find a job for a long period of time to find employment in the IT sector. The courses were implemented as part of the project “Direction Employment”, funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment. The courses were facilitated by Code Academy.
