The Magazine is published by the operator of the Youth Employment Fund, which is implemented with the financial support of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway within the EEA Financial Mechanism. The Magazine gathers good practices and useful resources in the field of youth employment from 26 projects, funded since the beginning of the year.

One of the funded projects is Direction: Employment, implemented by Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation in partnership with five partners from different countries. The project brings together partners from different sectors - NGOs, universities, companies - from participating countries who have significant experience in the field of social and economic inclusion of young people who are part of highly marginalized minorities.

The project will create and test an educational model with an experimental and innovative curriculum. The model will prepare trainers at regional level to apply assessment tools that will demonstrate the impact of the methodology on participants and employers. Soon the Magazine will  also feature some useful resources.

The second edition of Youth Employment presents a successful story about the educational and employment challenges that the transgender youth in Lithuania are facing, information about the Talent Show for hearing impaired children, curious information about part of the funded projects, as well as youth employment news.
