This site is owned and managed by Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF) in partnership with Association LGL, DMC Metrix, Lai-momo Cooperative Society, P.PORTO and is created to promote the activities and initiatives of the project Direction Employment, which is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment. The WCIF (and in some cases its project partners) are owners of the content of the web site, including visual materials. They are developed as a result of the work on the above mentioned program and in some cases other WCIF programs.
The General Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement with regard to the provision of services by the WCIF website and their use by each User.

With these General Terms and Conditions, WCIF provides the services on its site free of charge, subject to the conditions below.

Web-site services include access to information resources and data provided through a web browser.

The User of the Site in turn agrees and undertakes to use the information and services provided only in compliance with the terms and conditions of this document.

When using the Site, the User undertakes not to violate the rights and interests of third parties and not to perform malicious actions. Malicious actions are prohibited. These are listed below, but not limited to:

Actions or omissions that violate Internet ethics and/or cause harm to persons connected to the Internet or associated networks,

Getting access to resources and information by using others rights usernames and passwords;
Use of system flaws for own benefit or information extraction;

Sending and activating systems for unauthorised distant monitoring and control or sending viruses and malware;

Committing actions that can be classified as a criminal offence or administrative violation under Bulgarian law or other applicable law.


All published texts, graphic images, photographic images, videos or sound files published on the site are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act and belong to the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation. The use and publication of texts and graphic images from the site is allowed only when their source is correctly indicated.

For any use, including but not limited to publishing, reproducing, distributing, broadcasting photographic images, videos or sound files, it is necessary for the User to contact WCIF in advance on the telephones or email addresses specified on the contact page.


Compliance with the legal framework, good practices and transparency in relations with consumers’ privacy and the protection of personal data is of the utmost importance for WCIF.
